Tesla recognised Perth Solar Warehouse with a Q4 2023 Performance Excellence Award, announced in its Q1 2024 Powerwall Certified Installer newsletter. This page records that award; its figures describe that reporting period.
The results recorded at the time.
| Measure | Reported result |
|---|---|
| Australian installation volume | Top 10% during the reported period. |
| Market growth measure | 165% outperformance, as recorded in the original award report. |
| Q4 year-on-year installation growth | 362%. |
| Customer satisfaction | 4.8 out of 5. |
| Audit performance | 95%. |
| Fleet energy capacity | 2.8 MWh. Energy capacity, not power output. |
These are the figures reported in PSW’s original award article, attributed there to Tesla’s newsletter. The underlying assessment and customer sample are not reproduced here. Read them as a dated company record, not an independent comparison of today’s installers.
A team milestone.
The original record credited Joshua Obyrn, Russell Barnet, Kate Rutherford, Nicole Bilman, Mark Rutherford and Derek McKercher. It followed the first PSW and Tesla Energy Tech Talk in Perth in November 2023.
The useful questions for a customer remain practical: who designs the installation, what the quote includes and who helps after handover. An award does not replace those details.
Choosing equipment today.
For the current range and model availability, use the Tesla Energy showcase. If you already own a battery, the Powerwall comparison explains the current ownership and expansion paths. PSW Life Support remains the route for an installed PSW system.
