This notice explains where to report security and privacy concerns to PSW Energy. It applies to information you provide through our website, energy Plan, enquiries and support services. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information.
Report a security concern
If you suspect that PSW information, an account or a message claiming to be from PSW has been misused or compromised, email compliance@pswenergy.com.au. You can also call (08) 6171 4111 and ask for the compliance contact.
In your initial report, describe what happened, when you noticed it and how we can contact you. Include a relevant page address or message subject if useful. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, payment-card details or identity documents. If evidence contains someone else’s personal information, describe it first so the appropriate way to provide it can be agreed.
Privacy enquiries, requests and complaints
Contact compliance@pswenergy.com.au for a privacy enquiry, to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to raise a privacy complaint. You can also call (08) 6171 4111.
Tell us what information or concern your request relates to. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information or changing a record. The Privacy Policy explains the request and complaints process, applicable limits and the option to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
