Which controller suits my home and solar?
Start with your electrical supply, roof and future storage plans.
Explore 5 or 10 kW on single phase, or 5, 10 or 15 kW on three phase. These are model requests: your quote confirms the exact Australian controller, array design and network requirements. Inverter output, battery power and permitted export are different limits.
Can I add batteries, backup or EV charging?
Those are separate choices within a compatible SigenStor design.
We check battery generation and quantity, firmware, metering and communications together. Backup needs the appropriate Gateway and circuit design. AC charging and the DC module have their own requirements. Where your Plan already includes a SigenStor system, its controller is counted once.

10 years of manufacturer cover for the Energy Controller.
The Australian SigenStor warranty gives the Energy Controller ten years, subject to commissioning, connectivity, installation and operating conditions. This is separate from the optional EV DC module's three-year cover. PSW’s separate installation and service warranty is 10 years. For equipment supplied and installed by PSW, from installation completion, only where your signed installation agreement includes this commitment. Your written quote confirms whether it does. Existing longer promises and Australian Consumer Law rights remain unchanged. Manufacturer warranties apply separately on their own terms. Keep the manufacturer warranty, model, serial number and installation documents. PSW Life Support is your local contact after installation.

Your quote records the exact controller, mounting, metering, electrical work, commissioning and handover. Replacing an existing inverter needs its own itemised quote; the package contribution is not a replacement price.
