EcoFlow Home Battery

Your solar, stored.
Your backup, built in.
OCEAN 2 brings the solar inverter, modular battery and backup into one system. Store your daytime solar for the evening, with a design that suits your home and the things you want to keep running.
Single-phase or three-phase? ↓We’ll confirm the model, storage size, installation work and any eligible rebates before you commit.
Your home.
Your starting point.
Already have solar, starting fresh, or thinking ahead to an EV? The starting point changes the design.
Keep your solar.
A recent bill and your inverter details give us a place to start. We’ll check how storage could connect to your existing system.
Explore adding a battery ↗Start together.
With new solar and storage, we can plan the roof, battery and backup circuits together around the way your household uses energy.

home’s supply.
Both versions offer integrated backup and modular storage. Your electricity supply tells us which family to consider; your usage and backup needs shape the rest.

OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase
Solar conversion, modular storage and integrated backup for a single-phase supply. We’ll match the inverter and battery size to your home, solar and evening use.

OCEAN 2 Three-Phase
The OCEAN 2 design for a three-phase supply, with modular storage and integrated backup. The appliances you want to keep running help shape the system and its backup circuits.

The details that matter.
Existing solar, battery size and what stays on in a blackout. Let’s work through the questions that affect your home.
Is OCEAN 2 an all-in-one system?
Yes. Both versions bring the hybrid inverter, battery system and integrated backup into one modular design. EcoFlow describes backup without an additional external backup box. That still leaves the switchboard, metering, cabling and backup circuits to be planned for your home. This page covers OCEAN 2 Plus Single-Phase and OCEAN 2 Three-Phase, rather than the older PowerOcean range.
Which version suits my home?
Start with whether your electricity supply is single-phase or three-phase. If you’re unsure, send us a photo of your switchboard or a recent electricity bill. We’ll confirm the supply and the exact Australian model before recommending a system. Battery capacity and backup output are separate decisions; a larger battery does not automatically run more appliances at once.
Can I keep the solar I already have?
We’ll check the existing inverter, solar array and switchboard first. The way existing solar connects, and whether it can keep generating during a blackout, depends on the selected equipment and installation design. Bring the inverter model and any monitoring history so we can work through the options with you.
How much battery storage should I choose?
A recent bill and your solar monitoring help us estimate what you use after sunset and what is available to store. The Australian OCEAN 2 datasheets describe lithium iron phosphate battery modules in two sizes, approximately 5 kWh and 8 kWh. Your quote will identify the selected modules, usable storage, permitted combination and any future expansion requirements.
What stays on during a blackout?
Integrated backup is part of both OCEAN 2 designs. The actual appliances it supplies depend on the inverter’s output, battery charge, starting loads and connected backup circuits. We’ll agree what matters to you and put that scope in the quote. Whole-home backup needs a load assessment; it is not a promise that every appliance can run together.
Can I plan for an EV as well?
Yes. Tell us about the car, your charging routine and whether a charger is already installed. We’ll consider those loads alongside solar and storage. Vehicle charging equipment, integration and any bidirectional capability need to be specified separately; they are not included simply by choosing OCEAN 2.
What about price, rebates and warranty?
We’ll confirm the current Australian model, availability, applicable warranty and any rebate eligibility before quoting. Installed pricing depends on the equipment, storage size, switchboard work and backup scope. Your written quote records those details and separates any eligible rebate or discount from the installation price. PSW Life Support gives you a local team to contact after handover.
