If you already registered.
Keep your order, registration confirmation and paid invoice together. Confirm the installation and connection dates, then complete the portal’s final submission requirements. Ask Tesla’s rebate support team about a delayed installation or an unresolved registration rather than assuming an exception.
We can help identify the installation records for a PSW job. Tesla determines eligibility and reward payment; we cannot guarantee approval or replace the customer’s required declarations.
Keep the incentives separate.
The federal battery discount is delivered through battery STCs under the Cheaper Home Batteries Program. It is not a second federal benefit to add on top of those same battery certificates. Solar-panel STCs apply to eligible solar work separately. The WA Residential Battery Scheme has its own conditions.
Ask for each applicable deduction on its own quote line, with the eligibility basis. Read the current WA battery rebate guide and Clean Energy Regulator’s battery requirements. A manufacturer reward does not establish eligibility for government support.
