Start with the monitoring handover from PSW Projects Support. This guide helps you activate or recover your owner account and choose your own password. If you already have an account, try that account’s recovery process before creating another.
Before you start Your monitoring login, home Wi-Fi password and local inverter access are three different things. Changing your monitoring-account password will not reconnect equipment to your router.
Use the app, website and server region recorded in your handover. These steps are for owner-account access; leave electrical switching, equipment resets and installer settings to the appropriate support process.
No handover email yet? Check the address used for your installation and its junk folder, then ask PSW to check the invitation .
If your account still uses an initial or shared password, replace it with a unique password through the correct manufacturer account.

Fronius
Solar.web
Activate access Wait for the PSW handover, then complete the Fronius email-verification link and any remaining registration details. An existing Fronius account works for both Solar.web and its app; you do not need a second account.
Change your password Choose your own password during registration. To replace a temporary or previously shared password, you can use the Solar.web login screen’s ‘Forgot password?’ process to set a new one for your Fronius account.
Recover access Use ‘Forgot password?’ after completing registration. If verification or recovery fails, contact Fronius through its official support form. If you no longer control the registered email, use the manufacturer’s identity-verification process.

GoodWe
SEMS / SEMS+
Activate access Use the account and service confirmed in your handover. GoodWe now promotes SEMS+ and says existing accounts and history can carry across. If your older SEMS link redirects or your region is unclear, ask PSW to confirm the correct service before registering again.
Change your password In the older SEMS app, GoodWe’s guide shows Discovery → Edit → Password → Submit. SEMS+ screens differ: use its account-security password option, or the official sign-in recovery process if you cannot find it. Replace any temporary password with your own.
Recover access Select ‘Forgot password’ on the official sign-in screen for your account. Check the registered inbox and junk folder. If you cannot access that address or the plant is missing, ask PSW or GoodWe to check the account and owner association.

Growatt
ShinePhone / ShineServer
Activate access Start with PSW’s handover and recover an existing account before registering another. If PSW confirms you need owner registration, follow the official registration prompts using your own details. If an installer code is requested, ask the seller; Growatt’s local support can help if the seller is unavailable.
Change your password Choose your own password when registering. To replace an initial password, use account-password settings in your version of ShinePhone, or the official login screen’s password-recovery option to set a new one.
Recover access Use ‘Forgot password’ in ShinePhone or ‘Forget Password’ on ShineServer. The web recovery page has a ‘By Username’ route that sends an email. If the username or registered inbox is unavailable, contact PSW or Growatt; do not create another plant to regain access.

Huawei
FusionSolar
Activate access Use the owner invitation or account handover and the server region supplied for your installation. Complete the account’s contact verification. Follow any first-login prompt to replace an initial password; do not register as an installer to obtain owner access.
Change your password Open Me → Settings → Account security → Change password in the FusionSolar app. Enter the current and new account passwords as prompted. If your screen differs or the change is unavailable, use the official recovery route or contact your installer.
Recover access Tap ‘Forgot password?’ on the app login screen and verify the contact details associated with the correct username. Check junk mail. If that email is no longer available or verification cannot be completed, contact your installer to arrange the authorised recovery process.

SAJ
Elekeeper / legacy eSAJ Home
Activate access Use the service recorded in your PSW handover. SAJ’s current Elekeeper manual supports installer-created owner access or owner registration. For an older eSAJ Home handover, ask PSW which current app and account apply before creating another account. Confirm the network node against your handover.
Change your password Replace an initial password with one of your own. Use the account/profile password option if shown in your app version. If you cannot find it, use the official login screen’s ‘Forgot password?’ route to choose a new account password.
Recover access Select ‘Forgot password?’ on the correct service’s login screen and follow its verification prompts. If the registered email, network node or old eSAJ account is unclear, ask PSW or SAJ to identify the account before proceeding.

SMA
Sunny Portal / Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS
Activate access Follow the invitation for the portal named in your handover. Legacy Sunny Portal and Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS have different sign-in flows; ennexOS uses an SMA ID. Complete the requested account verification and ask PSW to confirm your system access.
Change your password For legacy Sunny Portal, open User Info/Logout → Personal data and select its password-change link. For ennexOS, use your SMA ID account’s password option or its sign-in recovery route. Change the portal account password, not the PV system or installer password.
Recover access Choose ‘Forgotten password?’ or the equivalent recovery option on the correct portal login. Use the registered account email. If you cannot receive the message or are unsure which portal holds your system, ask PSW or SMA before registering again.

Sungrow
iSolarCloud
Activate access Use the owner account or invitation supplied at handover, with the correct iSolarCloud server region. Complete any verification and initial-password change requested by the service. A new registration does not automatically grant access to an existing plant.
Change your password In iSolarCloud Web or the app, open Account and Security → Account password and follow the password-change prompts. Menu wording can vary by version. Keep this separate from Local Access and device passwords.
Recover access Choose ‘Forgot Password’ on the web or app login screen, enter the correct account or email and complete verification. If the registered contact is unavailable, ask PSW or Sungrow for account recovery rather than changing the plant or inverter settings.

Signed in, but your system is missing?
Check that you used the account and region in your handover. Being able to sign in does not mean the installation has been assigned to that account. Ask PSW to check the owner invitation, site association and permissions.
Do not delete the plant, unbind equipment, change ownership or create a replacement site as a login workaround. If you have moved into a home with an existing system, ask about the manufacturer’s authorised ownership-transfer process.
If the system is listed but readings are stale, check the last-updated time. For an equipment connection problem, use the Wi-Fi reconnect assistant . Monitoring data alone does not establish that equipment is electrically safe.
Get the right help
For a missing invitation, a different email address, an unknown username or an inaccessible old account, contact PSW Life Support . Tell us the inverter brand, monitoring app, whether you have signed in before and the message you see. A screenshot can help after you remove private details.
Keep passwords, sign-in links, recovery links and verification codes private. PSW does not need you to email them. Share any ownership or identity documents only through the official secure process requested by the manufacturer or support team.
Call (08) 6171 4111 or email support@pswenergy.com.au . If a manufacturer’s screen differs from this guide, pause and ask for help rather than trying unrelated settings.
